Hmmmm, I often tasted this!It is one of the Ilocanos exotic delicacies.These were frogs from the rice fields or commonly known as palakang palay.It has two ways to cook them, the adobo and ginataan but most popular is the adobo.It taste like chicken but I assures they are more delicious!You are not an Ilocano if you haven't taste it yet!
